These terms govern your use of QSE Sports / QSE Games ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One person, one account. Don't share passwords.

2. Acceptable Use

Don't abuse the service. No scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, harassment of other users, or illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

3. Content

User-generated content (chat, team names, etc.) belongs to you, but you grant us a license to display it within the service.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

Paid subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time in your billing portal. Refunds are handled per the refund policy.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not affiliated with the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, or any team or player. Player names and team names are used for identification only.
