Monthly subscriptions

Cancel any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.

Annual subscriptions

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't played more than 10 games. After 14 days, cancel any time and keep access until period end.

One-time purchases (season passes, cosmetics)

Refund within 7 days of purchase if unused. Contact support.
